These are the urologists José Miguel Giménez Bachs and Antonio Salinas Sánchez, the latter head of the Urology Service of Albacete, and the anesthetist María Rosario Calero Calero. The three, together with the urologist Laura Herráiz Raya,who trained as a specialist in Urology in Albacete, and the nurse from the La Fe University Hospital in Valencia, María José Rodríguez Navarro,have formed the team of Spanish health workers who traveled to the African country thanks to the NGO ‘Surg For All’.
