We have participated in a conference on “Medicine of the Future” at the Roche Institute.

On December 14, the Roche Institute held the VI Conference “Anticipating the Medicine of the Future”, a space for reflection and dialogue on the advances that will mark the course of medicine in the coming years. At this meeting, key topics such as artificial intelligence, pharmacological research and precision vaccines were addressed.

Within the framework of the round table entitled “Pharmacological Research in the Era of Personalized Precision Medicine”, Professor Valentín Ceña, Professor of Pharmacology at the University of Castilla-La Mancha and coordinator of the Biotechnology of Complementary Health Plans project in Castilla-La Mancha, participated.

His speech highlighted the role of pharmacological research in the development of personalized, more effective and safer treatments, which respond to the specific needs of each person.

The conference brought together professionals from different scientific and health fields, promoting an integrative and inclusive vision of the medicine of the future, in which equity, diversity and the active participation of all people are fundamental pillars.
